From the statute of OVCI (in Italian):

Art. 7

The Organization is made up of: members by right, adhering members, honorary members.

Adhering members are those who, having submitted an application to the Board of Directors of the Body and by that accepted.

Members are required to pay an annual membership fee to the extent established yearly by the Assembly.
