Any donation made to OVCI through a traceable modality (postal current account, check or bank transfer) enjoys the tax benefits in force in Italy at the time the donation is made.

In compliance with the regulatory changes introduced with the Ministerial Decree of 30/01/2018 on the subject of donations to Third Sector Entities - communication of data for the compilation of the annual tax return pre-filled - from donations made during 2019 it is necessary to insert the donor's tax code in the “dichiarazione di Deducibilità” (declaration of deduction).
